Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can white tuna
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
  • a sprinkle of parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add chopped walnuts, black olives, grated Swiss cheese, chopped green onions, chopped red pepper, and drained white tuna to the pasta.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of parsley.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature, with Italian bread on the side. Leftovers can be eaten cold.
