Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. can golden whole corn, drained
  • 3 c. medium noodles, cooked
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimientos
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until tender, but not brown.
  3. Add drained corn, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chopped pimientos, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in cooked medium noodles.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle buttered soft bread crumbs over the top.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
