A Feed The Crowd Casserole
A hearty, crowd-pleasing casserole combining ground beef, creamy soups, vegetables, and noodles, topped with crunchy bread crumbs—perfect for family dinners and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef ⓘ
- 1 can cream of chicken soup ⓘ
- 1 c. dairy sour cream ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 12 oz. can golden whole corn, drained ⓘ
- 3 c. medium noodles, cooked
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1/4 c. chopped pimientos
- 3/4 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add chopped onions and cook until tender, but not brown.
- Add drained corn, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chopped pimientos, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in cooked medium noodles.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle buttered soft bread crumbs over the top.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
