Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage until crumbly, stirring occasionally to break it up.
  2. While the sausage is frying, combine the cream-style corn and beaten eggs in a bowl.
  3. Season the corn and eggs mixture with salt and chopped green pepper.
  4. Add breadcrumbs and butter or margarine to the sausage and mix well.
  5. Pour the corn and egg mixture into the skillet with sausage and cook until heated through and slightly thickened.
