Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 pound seedless green grapes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves in a large bowl; toss until well mixed.
  2. Chill the salad in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
