Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 10 oz. box frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
  • 6 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Instructions
