Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen broccoli as directed on the box for 5 minutes; drain.
  2. Combine beaten eggs, cream of chicken soup, grated cheese, and mayonnaise; fold into the broccoli mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
