Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups diced cooked potatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped onion in margarine until soft.
  2. Stir in cooked turkey, cream of chicken soup, salt, and pepper; heat through.
  3. Fold in diced cooked potatoes and heat until warmed.
  4. Can substitute chicken for turkey if desired.
