Ingredients

  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 to 3 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions.
  2. Drain the macaroni and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  4. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the beef and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in parsley flakes, Heinz 57 sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  6. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  7. Combine the cooked macaroni with the beef mixture.
  8. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
