Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, and mix well using hands.
  2. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized balls.
  3. Saute the meatballs in olive oil until lightly browned.
  4. Add the cooked meatballs to sauce or serve as desired.
