Ingredients

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups diced apples
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare your Bundt cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oil and sugar and mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Stir in diced apples, crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt cake pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
