Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 3 cups plain flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 3/4 cup flaked coconut

Instructions
