Apple Duff
Apple Duff features tender baked apples stuffed with cinnamon, raisins, and brown sugar, wrapped in flaky puff pastry, served with whipped cream for a comforting sweet treat.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Peel and core the apples, then stuff their centers with a mixture of brown sugar, raisins, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into four circles approximately 8 inches in diameter.
- Place an apple in the center of each pastry circle and brush the edge with beaten egg.
- Draw up the pastry to enfold the apple, pressing the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops of the pastry with the remaining beaten egg.
- Bake in a shallow dish for 40 minutes.
- Serve the Apple Duffs with whipped cream.
