Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 c. diced apples
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. catsup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
