Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, flour, and brown sugar; cut in margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
