Apple Stuffing Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. pork loin roast
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon savory
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork loin roast into steaks to serving size, almost through in 4 slices.
  2. Spray each side with low-fat cooking spray (such as Pam).
  3. Sprinkle each side with seafood seasoning.
  4. Place the steaks on a broiler tray.
  5. Broil for a maximum of 5 minutes on each side on broiler setting.
  6. Serve with steamed rice and salad.
  7. Top with your favorite salsa or picante sauce.
