Ingredients

  • 1 tall can pork and beans
  • 1 to 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp catsup
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper together until tender.
  2. Saute ground beef until done, but not browned.
  3. Thoroughly mix all ingredients and pour into a bean pot or casserole dish.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
