Ingredients

  • oil
  • hollandaise sauce
  • garlic butter
  • lemon pepper
  • egg
  • cheddar cheese
  • onion
  • ham
  • red bell pepper
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the eggs, hollandaise sauce, milk, and lemon pepper seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Saute the onions and red bell pepper in garlic butter and oil until soft but not browned.
  4. Stir in the ham and asparagus.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and ham.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cover again to melt the cheese.
  8. Turn off the heat and let the frittata sit a minute to allow the cheese to melt completely.
  9. Cut into large squares and serve with additional hollandaise sauce if desired.
