- Combine the eggs, hollandaise sauce, milk, and lemon pepper seasoning in a bowl.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Saute the onions and red bell pepper in garlic butter and oil until soft but not browned.
- Stir in the ham and asparagus.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and ham.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the center is set.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cover again to melt the cheese.
- Turn off the heat and let the frittata sit a minute to allow the cheese to melt completely.
- Cut into large squares and serve with additional hollandaise sauce if desired.
