Bacon Chicken Alfreddar

- Cook bacon in a large skillet.
- Cube chicken.
- Remove bacon from the skillet and place on paper towel to drain.
- Add butter to bacon grease in skillet and melt.
- Cook cubed chicken in butter bacon grease with seasonings (garlic powder, salt, pepper, dry onion flakes).
- Once chicken is no longer pink in middle, crumble bouillon cubes into skillet and add water.
- Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes on med-low to low heat.
- Blend in Parmesan cheese and evaporated milk into skillet.
- In separate dish, mix whole milk with flour and wisk to prevent clumping then add to skillet.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and blend until melted.
- Remove from heat and serve over rice.
