- Grease the bottoms only of loaf pans.
- Mix Bake-Rite and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Add eggs, water, and pumpkin; stir well.
- Incorporate flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the mixture.
- Fold in chopped nuts and raisins.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pans.
- Bake for approximately 70 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from pans and cool completely before slicing.
