Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup dried fruit (chopped)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated. Texture should be wet and sticky. If it is very dry add in some milk or almond milk.
  2. Lightly grease up a mini muffin tin and fill with mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 for 16-17 minutes.
