Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz.) chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix dried bread crumbs with garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, mustard, and parsley.
  2. Dip chicken breasts in skim milk, then roll them into the spice mixture to coat evenly.
  3. Place the coated chicken on a hot grill or prepare for baking.
  4. Cook on the grill until tender or bake in a 350°F oven for about 45 minutes.
  5. Cover with foil to hold in moisture during baking.
