- Combine grated raw potatoes, melted butter, beaten eggs, chopped green onion, crumbled bacon, salt, and paprika; mix well.
- Grease a well-buttered bundt pan and press the potato mixture evenly into it.
- Pour milk over the potato mixture in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle grated sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake until the cheese has melted and browned.
