Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups grated raw potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
  • 3 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine grated raw potatoes, melted butter, beaten eggs, chopped green onion, crumbled bacon, salt, and paprika; mix well.
  2. Grease a well-buttered bundt pan and press the potato mixture evenly into it.
  3. Pour milk over the potato mixture in the pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese has melted and browned.
