Ingredients

  • breakfast pork chops
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • shortening for frying

Instructions

  2. Dip in milk, then beaten egg.
  3. Coat with crushed crackers.
  4. Sprinkle with salt.
