Ingredients

  • 1 large rabbit
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 sliced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour with garlic salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the rabbit to the seasoned flour.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the rabbit on both sides.
  5. Place the browned rabbit, sliced mushrooms, milk, butter, and sliced onion into a casserole dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour.
