Ingredients

  • 6 live lobsters (1 1/4 lb. each)
  • 1 lb. lobster meat
  • 1/4 lb. raw shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1/2 lb. crabmeat
  • 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 35 Ritz crackers
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook lobsters in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  3. Remove and extract meat from lobsters.
  4. Saute peeled shrimp in butter until pink and cooked through.
  5. Combine cooked lobster meat, shrimp, crabmeat, scallops, and crushed Ritz crackers.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste, then mix well.
  7. Stuff the mixture into the lobster shells.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
