Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs, toasted
  • 1/4 cup skim milk or chicken stock
  • 1 egg white, slightly beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until just blended.
  2. Press the mixture into a 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
