Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 2 1/2 cups bananas
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. mix butter, brown sugar and apple sauce
  2. add eggs and bananas
  3. add dry ingredients
  4. mix together
  5. put in mini loaf pan
  6. bake 350 30 minutes or til done.
