Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat at medium speed the eggs, corn syrup, and corn oil.
- Add mashed bananas to the egg mixture and beat until combined.
- Stir in the flour mixture until just moist.
- Fold in chopped dates and walnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan and serving.
