Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 11 oz. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. butter, softened
  • 1 lb. 5 oz. brown sugar, packed
  • 12 oz. peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 lb. 4 oz. bananas, mashed
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 lb. 4 oz. peanut granules

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add peanut butter, mashed bananas, eggs, and milk; beat well.
  4. Mix in the flour mixture and peanut granules until combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into a lightly greased 18 x 26-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 35 minutes or until the center is firm.
  7. Cool the baked squares.
  8. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
