Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup crushed pineapple
  • 3 bananas, chopped
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • 6 1/2 cups chocolate milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate milk.
  2. Add chocolate milk to the mixture.
  3. Pour into a 4-quart ice cream freezer bucket.
  4. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Let harden for 1 hour before serving.
