Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
  • 4 medium bananas sliced
  • 9 oz. whipped topping thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs and press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Beat eggs on high until light, about 4 minutes.
  3. Add powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla to the eggs and beat for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the egg mixture over the crumb crust.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Top with drained crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, whipped topping, and chopped pecans as desired.
