Ingredients

  • 5 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 pieces celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dump all ingredients into a large roaster pan.
  2. Cover the pan with a lid or foil.
  3. Bake at 300°F for 6 hours.
  4. After 3 hours, shred the beef with forks.
  5. Remove fat and bones from the cooked beef.
  6. Continue cooking until all fat and bones are removed.
