Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup reduced-calorie catsup
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned and trimmed of all fat
  • vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine Worcestershire sauce, reduced-calorie catsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, reduced-sodium soy sauce, ground ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl and mix with a wire whisk.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, coating both sides.
  4. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer.
  5. Grill the chicken, brushing with marinade occasionally, or bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, basting while cooking.
