Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 0.5 lb. chicken
  • 0.5 lb. beef
  • 4 yellow onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the green pepper, red pepper, chicken, beef, and yellow onions into strips or chunks.
  2. Saute chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil until fragrant.
  3. Stir in water, brown sugar, soy sauce, and peanut butter; cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Thread the meat and vegetables onto skewers.
  5. Brush the skewers with the sauce.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill.
  7. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until done.
  8. Baste with remaining sauce while cooking.
