Barbeque Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Catsup
  • 1/2 c. Chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced onion Vinegar and brown sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix and shape into balls.
  2. Brown meatballs in 1 Tbsp .
  3. veg.
  4. oil.
  5. Place into baking dish.
  6. Mix sacue and pour over meatballs.
  7. Bake at 375 for about 20 min.
