Ingredients

  • 1/3 jar green olives, chopped
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 medium peppers
  • 1/2 bunch celery, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cans tomato paste
  • 3/4 package noodles
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef, onions, peppers, olives, and celery until cooked.
  2. Add mushroom soup, tomato soup, and tomato paste to the mixture.
  3. Season to taste and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with the sauce mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and serve.
