Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) B&M beans, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can lima beans, drained
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside.
  2. Sauté onions in bacon fat; set aside.
  3. In a large casserole, combine B&M beans, kidney beans, lima beans, and chickpeas.
  4. Add the crumbled bacon, sautéed onions, brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar, and garlic powder.
  5. Bake at 350°F until bubbly.
