Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (18 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
  • 1 box old-fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 (18 oz.) package chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the margarine over low heat.
  2. Add the brown sugar, sugar, beaten eggs, and peanut butter, beating until smooth.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
