Basic Fat Burning Soup
Ingredients
- 6 large green onions ⓘ
- 1 -2 can tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 head cabbage (or 1/2 head) ⓘ
- 2 green peppers ⓘ
- 1 bunch celery ⓘ
- 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix ⓘ
- 1 package bouillon cube (optional) ⓘ
- salt (optional) ⓘ
- pepper (optional) ⓘ
- curry (optional) ⓘ
- parsley (optional) ⓘ
- bouillon (optional) ⓘ
- hot sauce (optional) ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut veggies in small to medium pieces and cover with water.
- Boil fast for 10 min, then simmer and cook until veggies are tender.
- You can eat this soup anytime you are hungry; eat as much as you want, whenever you want, will not add calories.
