Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pan or shape in loaf form and place into a 1-quart greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink in the center of the loaf.
  5. Unmold the meatloaf onto a platter.
  6. Top with sliced tomatoes and garnish with parsley, if desired.
