Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large diced onions
  • 2 cloves diced garlic
  • 2 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 lb. fine noodles
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 6 oz. can mushrooms (do not drain)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
  2. Add diced onions, diced garlic, diced celery, and 1 tablespoon water; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in cooked noodles, mushroom cans (with liquid), and tomato soup.
  4. Top the mixture with shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
