- Cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a skillet until the meat is browned.
- Drain off excess fat from the skillet.
- Drain the sliced mushrooms, reserving the liquid.
- Add the mushroom liquid, condensed beef broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir in the uncooked egg noodles, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
- Stir in sour cream and cooked mushrooms, and cook until heated through but do not boil.
- Serve topped with snipped parsley.
