Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (saltine)
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • dash of Worcestershire
  • dash of Texas Pete

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. If you like hot, add more Texas Pete or Tabasco.
  3. Form into patties and fry in a small amount of oil.
  4. These may be frozen for later use.
