- In a large bowl, stir together the drained green beans, drained corn, cream of celery soup, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped pepper, sour cream, melted oleo, and crushed Cheese Nips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the oleo mixed with crumbs (crushed Cheese Nips).
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
