Ingredients

  • 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 cup Cheese Nips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the drained green beans, drained corn, cream of celery soup, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped pepper, sour cream, melted oleo, and crushed Cheese Nips.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with the oleo mixed with crumbs (crushed Cheese Nips).
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
