A hearty lasagne layered with seasoned ground beef, rich tomato sauce, creamy cottage cheese, and melted mozzarella, perfect for family dinners and comfort food lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger, cooked and drained
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 small carton cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 10 wide lasagne noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Add tomato sauce to cooked and drained hamburger, then simmer.
  2. Add cottage cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese to the meat sauce and mix well.
  3. Layer cooked lasagne noodles, meat mixture, and shredded Mozzarella cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Repeat layers as needed, ending with a layer of noodles topped with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
