Ingredients

  • 1 macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (1 lb) can tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the macaroni and cheese dinner according to package instructions.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, adding 2 tablespoons chopped onion and cooking until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
  3. Drain the can of tomatoes and fold them into the cooked beef mixture.
  4. Add 1/2 cup milk to the beef and tomato mixture and stir well.
  5. Combine the beef mixture with the prepared macaroni and cheese.
  6. Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or reheat on the stove to serving temperature, stirring occasionally.
