Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a baking dish thoroughly.
  3. Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet until beef is browned.
  4. Drain excess grease from the skillet.
  5. Stir in condensed Cheddar cheese soup, frozen mixed vegetables, and milk.
  6. In the baking dish, mix Bisquick and water until just moistened.
  7. Spread the Bisquick mixture evenly in the dish.
  8. Pour the beef mixture over the Bisquick batter.
  9. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
