Delicious beef cheese balls combine savory dried beef, cream cheese, olives, mushrooms, and green onions, coated with chopped pecans for a flavorful appetizer perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar dried beef, chopped
  • 3 to 4 packages cream cheese
  • 1 small can black olives, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons Accent
  • chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix dried beef, cream cheese, chopped black olives, chopped mushrooms, chopped green onions, and Accent in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 3 to 4 cheese balls.
  3. Roll each cheese ball in chopped pecans.
  4. Wrap the cheese balls in wax paper, then in foil.
  5. Freeze if not serving immediately.
