Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef, chopped celery, and chopped onion until the beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
  2. Mix in mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, raw rice, and water.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 325°F.
