Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pt. tomatoes
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger with chopped onions and green pepper in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the cooked meat mixture.
  3. Add tomatoes, corn, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Turn off heat and sprinkle shredded sharp cheese over the top.
  6. Let stand until the cheese melts before serving.
